PVC coated wire mesh is made of welding mild steel wires, and the process adopts dipping plastic coating on powder fluidized bed to make the surface a layer of even and dense polyethylene coating so as to prolong the service life of mesh. Polyethylene thermo plasticity power coating is also called PE powder resin coating, which is a kind of corrosion-proof powder coating that takes LDPE as basic material and adding several functional auxiliaries and colors. The coatings have excellent performances such as chemical-resistance, ageing resistance, shock resistance, bending resistance, anti-corrosion of acid and salt and surface decoration. In addition, there is one-step molding plastic powder, no needing fluidized bed.
1. Dip the welded mesh into the fluidized bed for 10-12 seconds, heating up to 150°C-230°C, then take out for surface leveling, and at last conduct cooling.
